Your provider is:
-
Curious
It is important to me to ask the right questions as I get to know you. I want to learn more about what has worked so far and what would be most impactful moving forward.
-
Strengths-based
Are you your own worst critic? Often, as I hear more about you, I can identify strengths and skills that you might not have realized you already have. I like to give you credit!
-
Empowering
I like you to have choice. So many things in life feel out of our control, and it’s healing and important for you to be able to decide what’s right for you. I can offer options or guide maps, and ultimately YOU decide where to go.
Let’s dig into those roots and see where we can grow.

Great question!
The first appointment is usually a lot of background questions from me so I can get to know you better and learn about your mental health and your history. You don’t need to prepare anything, but if you have an idea of what you’d like to talk about, I am ready to listen.
From there, we will create a plan together for what feels like the “top bop” most priority for our next appointments.
Most appointments are 45-60 minutes, and you are welcome to visit me in my office or we can use telehealth!

I would love to hear more about the size of your group, length of training you are interested in, topics that would be most helpful to you and your group, and if you prefer in-person or online.

Because accessibility is important to me, I would highly recommend we talk more about your individual situation and what we can do.
For counseling, there are self-pay options, potential sliding scale opportunities, and some insurance providers I work with.
For presentations, I like to take into account if it’s a presentation I’ve already done (and created the content); if you are a for-profit, non-profit, school, business, or group; and what your budget is.
Please reach out to me, and let’s find where you’re comfortable!
