Incorporating neuroscience to improve your daily life.
Great for: Professional teams and organizations going through a transition or change (to staffing, budget, setting, etc.) as well as workplace settings with high stress, facing constant intensity and urgent (or emergency) timelines.

Conflict generally doesn’t have a positive connotation. Together, we will examine the elements that make conflict difficult, use neuroscience to bring our best selves forward, and practice useful tools for communicating our needs and values. Style: Individual reflection, skills-based training
Using trauma-informed techniques, this training is focused on making sure our environment is safe, inviting, and welcoming.
Beginning with awareness of power dynamics and authority roles, we will move into emotion management.
Self-regulation, safety, and de-escalation techniques to diffuse the situation when customers, clients, or coworkers get hyped!
Great for: workplaces or offices that serve the public, school settings, or anyone who works with people
-
Style: Individual Reflection; Individual or Group Consultation
For those seeking a fresh perspective on their “first impression,” who want to be intentional about how they represent themselves, their classroom, or their business.
We will review the client or student experience of your office, classroom, or meeting space and optimize the sensory experience: sights, sounds, smells, etc. with trauma-informed, inclusive values in mind.
Great for: teachers, small business owners, franchises, etc.

Because accessibility is important to me, I would highly recommend we talk more about your specific situation. Cost can range from $200 to $1000 depending on a number of factors.
It’s important to take into account how much content is already created or what would be newly developed for your organization.
Online options can reduce travel time or fees, and shorter presentations (30 or 45 minutes) or longer workshops (2-3 hour or full-day retreats) might be more manageable for your team.
Please reach out to me, and let’s find where you’re comfortable!
